Elderwise was built on decades of experience, a deep respect for those who provide care, and a belief that every older adult deserves the opportunity to live with dignity, purpose, and connection.

For more than thirty years, Cynthia has helped advance community-based care through consulting, education, leadership, and regulatory development. Her experience has provided a unique perspective on what it takes for organizations to thrive and for older adults to receive exceptional care.

The most important lessons, however, did not come from regulations, classrooms, or boardrooms. They came from the people providing care every day.

Over the years, we have seen remarkable caregivers, visionary leaders, and dedicated teams accomplish extraordinary things. We have learned that exceptional care and service are not determined by the size of an organization, but by the commitment, compassion, and expertise of the people behind it.

That belief became the foundation of Elderwise.

We created Elderwise to bring practical expertise, trusted guidance, and genuine partnership to providers and organizations navigating the complexities of senior living and long-term care.
