The Community Nurse Project
The Community Nurse Project is a comprehensive training program aimed to address the shortages and maldistribution of the nursing workforce. Through collaboration with workforce and industry partners we provide an innovative professional training program designed to develop community care competencies and build nurses as leaders. We want you to succeed.
- We promote compliance by being experts in facility management, behavioral approach care and interventions, change of condition and monitoring, medication systems, and abuse and neglect investigation and reporting.
- We build leaders through nurse-focused education, mentoring, course development in person and online, oversight and management, and the Community Nurse Project.
